BlackLeach subscriptions provide hosted software, infrastructure, and creator tools rather than physical products.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or unresolved technical issues that prevent paid-feature access. Requests should be submitted within seven days and accounts must remain in good standing.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally unavailable for change-of-mind purchases, unused time after cancellation, policy violations, or third-party issues outside BlackLeach control.

Cancellation and requests

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves access through the paid period. Contact support with the account email, payment date, transaction reference, and a short explanation.
